On Monday the 2nd of December I withdrew R3000 from your ATM at Natal branch in Durban. I just put the money in my wallet as usual. When I got home in the evening I discovered that one of the R200 note is bad. The following morning I tried to deposit it at an ATM and it was rejected. Yesterday I went to the branch and told the teller my case and she asked for a slip which I didn't have and she refused to change it and she told mi to go to the Reserve Bank. But guys I am now being inconvenienced because of the note I got from one of your ATMs, I tried to use it in shops and they refused it and I don't have time to go to the Reserve Bank coz that was not my fault but yours. Now I must pay for your mistakes. From the tellers' response I concluded that she thought I was lying the money didn't come from your ATM since I didn't have a slip. But guys is it fair?
