We applied for a Home Loan one week ago with Absa Alberton Bonds Department (C N Boshoff, G J Boshoff with our inlaws as surety and they are good customer of ABSA) it is now a week later I have had no response, no communication, no email or phone calls telling me that they are busy processing the application nothing.
This is the poorest service I have ever received. Now only my mother in law that signed surety with my father in law on our bond gets feedback she is not even the applicant I am that the home loan has been declined!! With no reason There is no way that you can get a Bond with ABSA at all not even with surety signed!!!
