MORNING, I AM VERY ANGRY WITH ABSA SERVICE OF LATELY. MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED TWICE NOW. I NEVER GOT ANY COMMUNICATION REGARDING THIS BUT WAS VERY SHOCKED TODAY WHEN I CALLED YOUR CALL CENTRE TO FIND OUT WHY CAN I NOT LOG ONTO MY INTERNET BANKING, WAS ONLY TOLD SORRY YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED. NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE WHERE TELLING ME I SHOULD CLOSE MY ABSA ACCOUNT AND MOVE TO FNB. I AM ACTUALLY CLOSING THIS ACCOUNT TODAY BECAUSE THIS IS NOT ON. THIS HAPPENED TO ME TWICE WHERE I COULD NOT USE MY ACCOUNT, IT IS QUITE EMBARASSING TO BE WALKING INTO A SHOP AND YOU BUY STUFF AND TOLD SORRY YOUR CARD IS NOT WORKING. IF ONLY YOU COULD PUT YOURSELFS IN MY SHOES. HAVE BEEN BANKING WITH YOU FOR THE PAST 11 YEARS AND THIS IS THE THANK YOU I GET FROM YOU. WOW. I HONESTLY DO NOT HAVE TIME TO GO TO THE BANK TO SORT OUT THIS MESS. I EVEN TRIED CHANGING MY ACCOUNT FROM A SAVINGS ACC TO A CHEQUE ACCOUNT AND WAS TOLD IT'S NOT POSSIBLE I SHOULD COME BACK AFTER SIX MONTHS.WOW.

FNB IS THE BEST BANK HONESTLY, YOU CAN RESET PASSWORD WITHOUT GOING TO THE BANK BUT WITH ABSA YOU HAVE TO VISIT THE BANK ALL THE TIME. LIKE SERIOUSLY.
