On friday the 03/01/2013 at 04:07 i phoned MiWay as someone had just hit me from the back leaving my back bumper and the light was damaged. Needing informartion as i had never been involved in an accident before, i was told that someone from the claims department would phone me back to answer my questions. No one has phoned me.
I phoned again this morning around 10:05 and was told again that someone will phone me. For someone who has never been in this situation before, i am infuriated by the fact that no one is phoning to explain why there is a delay in assisting me as well as to explain what i should do in order to get may car fixed.
This is definately not "delivering an awesome customer experience" that is promised to clients.
