I phoned MIway on the 4/6/2013 to update my policy. I had a few questions and the operator answer it he then informed me that I was not covered for thet and hi jacked because I do not have a tracker device in my car he said he Will arrange for a device for my car. I gave the go ahead. On the 5/6/13 I phoned Miway again the answer was I must wait for atleast 48 hrs. On the 6/6/13 I heard nothing from the tracer company I phoned miway again and their response was they will send the info through again. On the 10/6/13 I phoned miway again and told them no one phoned they put me through to tracker (not my choice of company) and the dropped the the phone. I phone back and they said they will e mail and cc me the request never got any email. The 12/06 I phoned back and told them I'm still with out a tracker. Its the 14/06 and no tracker company phoned me. I have decided to go to a other insurer.
