MiWay? - No ways

My girlfriend and I were involved in a serious accident on the highway last week Friday 20 Dec 2013. To today I have not been able to lodge a claim. I was under the impression that my claim was logged on Friday when I received an sms with a ref number, only to find out that that was their accident department. They authorised that my car be towed on a flatbed that never arrived, yet they send me sms's saying that the car is in Kibler Park. This after the tow truck guys grabbed their hooks to attach to my car. I refused and we were forced to drive the car to a dodgy workshop in the end of Sandton. For all I know the car could be stripped bare already but MiWay doesn't seem to think that's a problem. See, MiWay is quick to take your money but then when you're going through a traumatic event they want nothing to do with you. I left two call back requests with the claims department on Friday, and a further 2 this morning. Every time I phone in ON MY CELLPHONE, I wait on average about 35-40 minutes only to have the phone put down in my ear. I am disgusted; I need my car recovered ASAP and a claim logged NOW. I am just as important as any other paying client. I'm disgusted.
