Close this branch down!!! 20 times in 4 years I have requested that they have enough R10.00 notes but to no avail. I have spoken to the regional manager, the national customer care office, hello peter.
The branch manager blocks your calls and when somebody takes a message she never bothers to phone you back. The team leaders do not care. They have enough tellers but often at 10.00am they have not bothered to load floats etc. Only when you raise your voice or yell like a madman do they wake up!!! Saturday this week again 1 teller open... no R10.00 notes. Only when I yelled did they find me some (I only needed R200 worth)
Every other banks has them. Nedbank Gardens always has them!!! Why after 4 years can they not order enough... It is because they could not be bothered to satisfy a basic need!!!
