I AM SEQUESTRATED AND THEY STILL PHONE ME

I was sequestrated in Feb 2012. I have emailed the proof to them on several occasions and they still phone me to say that they do not believe in sequestration and that I must pay. When I ask whether they not what sequestration mean their reply is "you can't make kids anymore". Are these people stupid? Do they know the law... Please help. I have emailed and contacted them on many occasions and yet they have not updated their systems yet.
