Norwood Branch Manager Rude, unhelpful & dishonest

Handed in power of attorney for my father's account. Document sent to legal for approval. Each time I have contacted the branch manager to transact, she has told me that there is no power of attorney on the account. After explaining numerous times, I was told that I would need to take in the document to a branch each time I needed to transact. I was told that there is no way that notes can be placed on the account that there is a power of attorney and I can transact, I was told that the branch does not keep the document and I would need to bring it in for every transaction. I work at a bank. Each time a customer contacts us on their account, there are notes placed on the account. Are you telling me that Nedbank does not have that capability in this day and age?? She then gave me a name and number of the Personal banker and he confirmed that what I had been told was not true or correct. There is a way to make notes on an account and anyone accessing it will see that I have a power of attorney. The bank manager was unhelpful rude and certainly did not tell the truth about the Nedbank systems. I certainly will avoid going to this branch for any banking needs. Still no solution!
