FNB Parow Branch, Service FAILURE

I have been having a problem with FNB Parow Branch for more than 2 years. I have complained to the Manager of the branch, over and over. I also sent an email to care@fnb, but I am just not getting any help, help that is actually going to solve my problem.
The machines that are supposed to be able to take cash deposits does not take the cash, or sometimes it takes some of it.
I have been hearing excuses for two years now, same like, 'the machine does not take new notes', witch by the way is not true, because it takes some new notes. Or the anther excuse it 'we are getting revamped' but for the past 2 years.
The ironic thing about all of this is that from July the fees are AGAIN going up. How can I pay for services that I do not get??
What do I need to do for help from FNB???
