I want to settle my Money Plan loan but it is clear the company doesn't want me to - I was asked "Why don't I just keep paying" when I enquired telephonically, and also told that I have to go to the branch to get a settlement letter, but when I complained, a letter was emailed to me on 11 Dec. It ended up in my spam folder, and when I emailed back on 27.12 to ask if the amount was still valid, I received no response - still waiting today.
