I personally have sent Dr Venters account and so has the practise, just amazes me that "no-one" has received it? Why else would the Dr tell me EM doesnt want to make payment? It's because the "well trained staff" of EM doesnt bother to submit the accounts for payments untill one has to start a war. Yet again I have received an account for Dr Du Toit (which is on the panel) for Oct which your well trained staff says is an out of network dr??? I just dont get this?? How on earth do get to that conclusion? I will be sending that account now for payment. Dr Venters account was send to EM 2 weeks ago via email to Glennise.

I await proof.
