Please advise if my GP's account will be settled now for the hospital visits he made to me on the 12-13 Aug (this dr is network dr) and that the specialist visit will thus fall under the specialist benefit for Aug. I dare not show my face in his practise due to lack of payment from EM, and now Im the lucky winner of MORE accounts from Ampath for account submitted to EM when I was still pregnant in July (and yes, they where submitted before 90 days, and yes, I do have proof before you say it was after 90 days) as well as another Drs account from July which I myself also send to EM for payment, which yes, I have proof of too. EM's underwriting is so full of holes it's not even funny, and the non disclosures, don't even get me started on that. I expect all accounts (including ampath, the hospital accounts, Dr Du Toit, Dr Venter, Dr van der Walt and Dr Daya) to be settled at the soonest, I have been receiving threatening calls from debt collectors, I feel like a criminal! No one cares what the situation is, I dont blame them, but, I just hang my head in shame & have to apologize for monies not received. What a pity "Medical Insurance" has gotten such a bad wrap
