3 Weeks and sill no response

I cannot believe that after 3 weeks of waiting, Virgin Money insurance have not had the decency to call me back to let me know what is happening with my car. I sent my car in for minor repairs to the front bumper which was meant to take 5-7 working days and after waiting 3 weeks I finnaly got my car back but when I got it back there was a problem with the car shifting into neutral while I'm driving it (dangerous is an understatement) as well as a slight wobble on the front left hand wheel? I am disgusted by the service that I have been given as my car had no mechanical failues before it went into the Technostar repair shop in Durban CBD. The worst part is that I called Virgin Money and laid a complaint on the 17th Dec 2013 but to date nobody has called me to let me know when and how this is going to be resolved. Virgin Money team its simple step 1- Senior Manager to call me -must be above Noreen Nkopane and her boss Davids level. Step 2- arrange a spare car at no extra cost and send my one back in for propper repairs. How could you send me to a place that has 17 complaints on Hello Peter? If there is no response by COB today my next step is to contact the Ombudsman [URL Removed]
