FNB & CELL C NOT GIVING SERVICE

I bought a Ipad through FNB App store. It took them a month just to deliver it and since the 18th of December my sim card for my Ipad is not acitvated. Everytime I phone FNB they tell me that CELLC is the one that needs to activate the sim card and there is a problem on CELL C's side. If I phone Cell C well they tell me FNB is not sending the emails throuhgh. I so tired of phoning and they are not giving me a answer as to when and why this is taking so long. If I knew that this is going to be the experience with FNB and CELL c well I would have rather got in my car and wen't to a cellphone store and did it in store
