As for other complainants on this site, My insurance premium was increased by 72% for a device bought from FNB. The letter was uninformative and only specified the "will increase by" amount and did not even mention the original amount, new total premium or the % increase. That is not just stupid or an honest omission - it is trying to deceive - I do believe it shows a lack of respect to clients.
