I posted before on 12 Dec'13 regarding my story. Sure yes they called immediately afterwards to say more B.S.
Fact is my vehicle is still not fixed properly from AUGUST 2013. I spent countless calls, emails and even drove in my personal time to their offices to look at their poor workmanship... STILL, THEY CANT SEEM TO SORT THIS OUT.
Windscreen Direct / Dial Direct is the worst ever. They even have the cheek to increase my insurance premium 01 Jan'14 - even after my ordeal with them.
My windscreen problem needs to be fixed ASAP. Then I am cancelling my premium to move to another insurance company.
