A 71 year old Sanlam high risk client in an old Mazda Midge did not stop at a stop sign, crushed into my Merc C200 on the left rear passenger door.
Now Rozannah Signh from Sanlam legal qoutes some case law which says the driver turning to the wright has to be extra careful. So does that mean their client can disregard the rules of the road just because I was turning wright? I have never heard such vomit.
Damages to my car amount to R76000 and all I want is my car to be returned to the state it was before Santam's lunatic client damaged it and this 71 year old Santam client had just received her car back from the panel beaters when this accident happened hence why i believe she is a high risk client and Santam knows about it and one day she is going to kill someone like she nearly did to me and Santam will be responsible.
I have enen tried to gen Hennie Nortje from Santam to intervene but to no luck I guess he is just another highly paid brown nose director who does nothing.
