FNB Poor service

I applied for credit card on the 13th September 2013 and I was assured that I will receive the card within 3 to 4 working days, on the 7th day I called enquiring, I've been sent back and forth from the sales department to card application, but they can't tell me when my card will be delivered. I submitted the documents at fish hoek branch and the application was approved.
