Beware of SANTAM!! On 14 Aug a woman pulled away from a stop street right in front of me. The road I was on had right of way. (no stop signs or robots) The moment she appreared in front of me, I applied all the brakes I had but the distance was just too little. A collision occured. Now Santam wants to "settle" at less than half of my damage and over and above that says that I am responsible for the accident because I could not stop in time. What absolute is that!! Not once did anyone from Santam call me or take the time to actually understand what happened. Best of all is I am also a client. Well not for long anymore. Santam really reached a new low since they started having people with no logic or brains deal with customers.
