Keep on deduction bank cost from closed bank acc

FNB keep on deducting cost from my deceased mother suppose to be closed bank account. She passed away on 19.10.12, I submit death certificate and account was closed. I though so! Bank does not want to refund me for the cost they are deducting. After several enquiries, even report them to Bank Ombudsman, but still no positive answer. About 15 years ago she requested Ms. Potgieter (bank manager at that time) from the Swartruggens brance to destroy the old Will she and my father had. He passed on 30 years ago. They never did it and there was also money deducted for those years. What more than a death certificate do they need to show a person of 90 years are dead??? She bank al the years with FNB, then her money was ok for them. I learn my lesson, I am going on pension next year, but will definitely close my account with them and will join another bank. Can you please assist because i don't know what to do.
