End of last year, I decided to join the Agatha Christie Book club. Due to unforeseen financial circumstances, I sent an email indicating I no longer wished to be part of the service. When I joined, I was told it would be easy to discontinue at anytime. Well the joke was on me, as six weeks after I sent my email I finally got an email back from the service department. we have been going back and forth for the last three months with them still deducting the monthly fee and I stopped receiving the books in January. What a nightmare this has been!
What happened to swift and effective customer service?
I have asked repeatedly for them to stop deducting money as the subscription has now been cancelled.
What can I do to get them to stop deducting my money?
This nightmare has been going on since the end of December until now (1 March 2013)
Very angry and disappointed in LACK of customer SERVICE!
