Keep deducting money without my consent

I have requested numerous times for FNB to stop a Top up credit protection plan that is being deducted from my credit card.
I do not want credit protection on my card, I have enough life cover. I did not give FNB permission to deduct such amounts of my account. As I said I have cancelled this numerous times before.
Why are you still deducting?
Please refund all these amounts back into my credit card account ASAP.
I am honestly getting annoyed with FNB.
