Debit orders without my consent

This is something i have noticed only recently, over the last three months and it is still a problem.
ever since December 2012 I never could understand why I am not able to survive the month comfortably financial. Due to my work hours I am not able to visit my branch so since three months back i started to investigate on my statements and the debit orders shocked me. I have managed to make time ever since to try and sort this problem out and Standard bank gave the money back but the problem is the orders keep going off. this is costing me money and wasting my time. It is not even close to the end of the month and it has happened again. So this will cost me another trip AGAIN. I have placed a stop order but the company deducting just changes the reference number and the telephone number I got is not available. so I would please like the total amount of money I have lost ever since this started placed back into my account and I want this to stop, or I am going to have to switch banks.
