Pathetic and Shocking Service

It would like to start with saying it is the worst service I have ever seen in banking industry and on top of it you pay your hard earned money to avail this worst service. I was at your Midrand branch on the 24th Dec to order my debit card and priority pass as I could not collect my new cards within 45 days as I was traveling.
I specially mentioned to the service agent I need my priority pass as I would be traveling overseas, she assured me both cards will be there in time. I got a SMS saying my debit card is ready. I went to collect my cards on 2nd Jan, I got my debit card and then I asked them about my priority pass, the service agent was surprised as he said he can't see a priority pass that was even ordered. After arguing and fighting with them they told me they can get me a card but charges will be R295.00, which was ridiculous of them of even asking me to pay for the mistake Absa staff did. After spending 45 mins there, they assured me everything is sorted my card will be ready for collection by Monday, Please check your actionline email for full story.
