My brother in-law had a breakdown driving my car on the N1 to Sasolburg on the 3rd of January 2014.
i reported the incident around 13h00 and he was only towed around 18h00.
i spend a lot of money phoning the agents for 5 hours as they were not updating me with the progress.
I had to pay R1900 for towing the car to my home as insurance wanted to leave my car with a 3rd party who was going to leave my car somewhere in the backyard. I can only imagine what would have happened if my wife and kids were stranded for 5 hours in the middle of nowhere without assistance. 1st for women, i instruct you to cancel my insurance from the 31st of January 2014. I do not want anything to do with you. I had a traumatic bad experience
