Billed for lounge visits that did not take place

Priority Pass card number 700013355200550257

Priority pass card expired April 2013. I have not travelled since that date and have not received a new card yet I am being billed for lounge visits which did not happen. It looks like the same lounge is putting a bill through at the end of every month and ABSA is billing me for this now.

I have sent email to the platinum help line. Tholwana Sibuyane responded that I made too many lounge visits. Really? I know, that is what I need you to investigate. Just a quick look at the lounge visit report shows that the transactions took place after the card expiry date and always at the end of the month. This is an error.

The card expired; do not process transactions against it. Do not issue a new card. Check why the same lounge is sending a bill through at the end of every month. Stop billing me for this.

Refund my money.
