Priority Pass no delivery

I had to get a new Creditcard because of possible on my card and when I went to collect received another sms that another card was ready for collection. I assumed it was my priority pass card as it was expiring in August 2012. When they could not find the card the bank phoned and ordered my priority pass card. To date I have not received my card and after numerous request by my personal banker (Platinum account) it was said that my management fees are R185 instead of R200 something and I do not qualify?!?!? She rectified the fees but still no joy? As a Platinum accountholder it was 1 of the perks in my contract (pg.3 of 8)
