Excellent service

In today's society we tend to be very hasty to comment on bad service and rarely on the good service we do receive. I noted on one post that the above company received a bad review, this has however never been my experience in dealing with any Reggies branch in cape town, especially Cavendish Branch which i tend to frequent more often. The staff have always been helpful, courteous and eager to accommodate a request, namely 2 young ladies called Lisa and Candice. On complimenting these staff members one day to the branch manageress, it was clear to see that the branch manageress holds the same standards on giving excellent customers service. Well Done, Reggies, Keep it up!! as in this day and age were good customer service is rare, we need to acknowledge it when it happens.
