In December l went to Russell's primrose branch bought a Emperor 3 pce wall unit code L3092327000 which l paid cash, how ever l work in primrose johannesburg but my house is in mhlanga so they asked the Pretoria warehouse to deliver however the colour delivered is the wrong one from the one choose in the shop and also some parts of the unit have dents on it, l went back to the branch in primrose to advise .on the 03/01/2013, l asked them to provide correct goods, the gentle men at the branch called Mr Mohau, l keep going to see him but he says they is nothing they can do because the warehouse have not come back to him, he says Simphiwe and Gladys from the warehouse are handling it, it has being 4 month l am an old woman aged 65 l walk there all the time but they just dismiss me l need help
