I have been in contact with hollard legal in regard to a few legal matters. It is not how they advertise on tv that you get assistance immediately, in fact they just ignore even after sending numerous emails and leaving messages. I now want a manager to call me from hollard legal as i cannot deal with incompeta t staff that doesn't know the meaning of customer service. It is shocking that when they sign you up, an advisor would call you 20 times a day but when a client needs assistance they ignore us. Hollard enjoys debating my account every month so I would also enjoy some courtesy to get back to me in regard to my legal matters.
