Last year I was having problem with my insurance and I called Hollard Legal Plan to help and they said I must send an email and I did but they didn't do anything. You call them they don't answer calls. I'm starting to be more worried because it show that when you have a problem you'll never get any help from them. The only thing they now it's just to take my money every month but they'll never help you. Poor service and useless and it's not the first time they are doing this
