Does not do what they advertise

I joined Hollard Legal last year, had a problem with a former land lord i asked them to help but it didnt go any where, i had an accident last year and has been sending them e mails to help me with my RAF claim no response from them and now i have to get IRP5's from former employers, i just need their intervention still they do not even bother to respond to my e mails and worst part i am paying these guys every month, useless. This is a clear sign that if i have serious matters i am on my own
