Credit card deductions on budget vs straight

On 30/9/2013 a purchase made at PicknPay in Port AlFred was incorrectly processed as budget, not straight Payment. On 21 October this was brought to the attention of Cynthia, standard bank consultant who stated she would get it sorted out. The full amount was settled and should have been cancelled. In the October statement the charge plus interest still reflected. A meeting was then had with Akhona on 18november who said she would sort it out. In the December statement, however, the charges and interest still reflected.
This is poor service and highly inconvenient..Please address this immediately and reverse ALL charges. I never use budget so if PnP incorrectly allocated is as such, I am not liable to pay the interest.
