Our telephonic discussion on the 18th and 19th September refers:
1. I called your offices on the 18th and 19th September with the purpose of requiring a legal advice in relation to the motor claim accident. In this regard, I have spoken to several people in your office such as Kholekile, Bridgett, Faith, Dangisane and Ann to direct me to the legal advisor.
2. You have further indicated to me that Hollard Legal Plan has only one legal advisor and therefore the turnaround times are not stipulated as it depends on the calls and consultations he/she receive.
3. Furthermore, you indicated that Hollard Legal Plan will be appointing another legal advisor soon to alleviate your current backlog challenges.
4. However, when I took the policy, I was not informed of the capacity challenges within Hollard Legal Plan. I therefore find it misleading for Hollard Legal Plan to market its product to existing and potential customers when it knows fully well that it is not in a position to fulfil the conditions of the policy.
