I have been paying subs to hollard legal for more than 2 years now and now that I need their service I am finding out that they don't even exist. Four weeks ago I called their number 0861666479 to make a claim. It was answered by a lady that I can tell is only placed there just to answer calls. The lady told me the lawyers will call me but up until today I have not been called.
Then I thought maybe they want me to write a email of which I did about a week ago and up until today there is no response. Today just before I wrote this complaint I called their number and nobody answered the call. Clearly these people do not have facilities to provide the legal service they make people like me to pay for. Is Hollard duping the South Africans? Are they commiting?
