BAD service from the call centre staff

After applying for a homeloan at standard bank online, i received immediate feedback to supply outstanding documents for the application. I supplied everything accept my offer to purchase as i was still waiting for this document. The suspended my application and I found this out only out of curiosity by phoning. It takes Standard Bank 48 hours only to re-instate an application (because of an outstanding document not supplied.

Next up was the Confirmation of employment. They suspended my application AGAIN because the HR manager at my work is on leave. I mean really 31 December (I hope she would be on leave). Again 48 HOURS to re-instate my application. Where did i find this out. AGAIN by phoning from my side to find out.

After having enough of this i as told Amanda Rikkie or so is the Supervisor on the floor. She wasnt available as she is on another call, Needless to say she didnt phone back. I phoned AGAIN to hear she has knocked off. The following day i phoned again at about 12.00. An Olivia said Amanda would phone me back because she is on lunch but she would phone me back. 2 hours later again, at around 2, I found out Amanda left early again.

As to date NO RESPONSE. AWFUL
