Poor call centre service and no ebucks

I have a cheque account with fnb, I used to earn ebucks happily, however since I got a credit card through fnb someone thought I'd just want it to be linked so an ebucks just charge me 200 with out my permission. I had it reversed and de linked, but ever since that day I have not earned a single Ebuck.
What's going on? And the call centre spins a new story every time I call.
And when I ask for the name of the previous consultant they put me on hold and cut the line.
