I would like to complain about this company, I have been calling their call centre number for the past few days trying to get someone to give me a paid up letter for my loan which I paid them for Maravedi financial services, but no one answers the phones or e-mails and when someone does answer, they put you on hold again. I have honoured my commitment and paid them, but why must I battle like this to get a paid up letter. This is holding up my life and I cannot borrow anything.
