Bad and very bad customer service

My brother was studying with Rosebank college and they handle the account to Maravedi financial solution which I paid up in August and they sent me a paid up letter but when my brother went to get the certificate from Rosebank College they say there was no payment made and they advised that I have to call Maravedi I feel its not fair because I paid the account August and I think its not my responsibility to be a go between Rosebank College and Maravedi and Rosebank College says they cannot accept the proof of payment I received from Maravedi, Maravedi was suppose to send them a statement showing I paid the account this is really irritating and costing me. I never experience such bad service in my life.
