No update on paid up account. Bad credit record

I had a loan with blue financial services which I paid up on 03 April 2013. Up until today they have not yet sent me a paid up letter nor did they updated my status at the credit bureau. I've liaised with several consultants. Everytime its the same story, I've sent the settlement letter which Pholosa has sent to me as well as the prove of payment several times to the consultants that I've spoken to. Up until I've asked them to speak to their supervisor which they gave me his name and number. I've spoken to Pule Ndlovu on 11 June 2013 and e-mail the prove of payment as well as the settlement letter to him as well and he promised to assist me with this regard but failed to deliver. I kept on calling him, sometimes he is not available and sometimes he said he is still working on it. On 20 August 2013 I phoned him again and it was the same story, him blaming whoever that was suppose to come back to me. On 21 August 2013 I called him again and was highly upset with him and I told him that I will report him to you but he could not care less. He sent me some communication e-mail between him and other colleagues but still has failed to clear my name and sent me my paid up letter.
