Debiting wrong account, leaving me with unnecesary bank charges

I went to Legal wise Offices in November to change my Accoint details for the debit order, the cashier told me it will take 30 days for the sytem to update the new account. I told her to cancel the debt order of the old account i will myk cash payment till the sytem update. To my suprise the premium was debited from the old acc last month and again this month. And 30 days has passed, wats the use of going to the branches to update your details if you are still gonna be charged. And i am being charged 115 for every debit ordee that returns unpaid, who is supposed to pay for this charges cos u dd the write thing.
