I have a loan with absa I don't have a set pay date so the debit order has to go off last day of the month as soon as there's money in my account the debit order goes off, if it goes off before month end it goes off @ the last day of the month and most times my account has no money so I get charged interest for insufficient funds, I called to enquire about it & was told nothing could be done.
this month I have been debited an extra 2 times for no apperent reason & have been told I shall be refunded in 2 days, I have debit orders that are waiting for that cash by tomorow & 2 days I will incure more unpaid charges as the money won't be in my account on time, I want absa to pay all the interest charges that I will get due to thier mistake as I now have to suffer cause of them.. PLEASE
