I have already written my complaint. till today nothing has been done on the claim submitted to King Price in September 2013. They promised to work on it "We are attending to your matter and will revert before close of business on 23 December 2013." and email that I had received. and I am still waiting. I don't no if there's any legal paths one can take cause is not fair at all I need my claim to be sorted now. I cannot wait any longer iv kept all the e-mail communications and this really frustrating and getting out of hand.
