I dont have an fnb acount but decided to withdraw money at a atm a shell garage in century city in cape town as a std ank was to far to walk.the atm machine number is 60475. i then received a slip saying my bank experienced technical difficulty and that the transaction canot be process this was at 11:57 & 11:59 both transactions is for R900 each.but later i received a sms saying the amount was deducted i contact my bank they say the money went through to fnb to despenced to that specific atm but i never received it.
Please be so kind to investigate what has happended to my money and can i please get a refund before 15 working days that is way to long. is their perhaps something i can do to assist in geting my refund and to speed up things
