I signed up to standard bank uCount in July 2013, its not 6 months later and despite a call to the call centre a visit to the branch and re-application 2-3 times on the website - I have still have not received my card and thus my benefit.
I have being paying for a service for a rewards program however I am unable to fully leverage this service?
what is going to be done about it?
please advise urgently.
