Hi,
I received an sms from Transunion to inform me that I have a default against my name.
With further investigation it was revealed that it was FNB for a cheque account that I was not using.
With further investigation they informed me that they sent me letters, sms and attempted to call.
I do not delete any of my sms's. No sms was received, no letter was received and no telephone call, not even a message if I missed the call by some reason.
They also have my email address, only mail received from FNB was promotional emails.
I am going to take legal action, as the default influence my credit rating extremely.
