Unlawful repossession

My car is financed with Absa, I had went under debt review in 2012 and have been paying the negotiated
monthly repayment as agreed. The debt counselor that assisted me seemed to have vanished, to which I had even lodged a complaint with the NCR but no outcome to that. In September 2012, I had received a call from ABSA
legal department telling me that my installment wasn't enough and that I should pay an extra R900pm to which
I had been doing religiously without a single default or late payment.

On 04 Feb 2013, I received a call from some guy telling me that he is coming to repossess the vehicle. Both Absa
and their attorneys / legal department had not sent any communication to inform me of any arrears or anything.
I spoke to the attorneys and they had sent letters to my previous address, they had sent a letter to my current
address and for some reason the security guard refused to let them in. THEY DID NOT TRY TO CALL ME, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION WHAT SO EVER!
