PUT A DEFAULT ON MY CREDIT REPORT FOR A CHEQUECARD

Good day
I have a serious problem with fnb, i had a cheque account with them number 62267546326 with them which i closed and paid up on the 24 November 2012 to my surprise fnb put a default on my account saying i owe them R689, I contracted them on 0875774000 then i was speaking with a lady called Angela who deals with (pretoria & limpopo) she told me i must pay the money again which i didnt, i produced proof of payment to show i have paid already in Nov 12 .

1.the first problem is fnb didnt contact me when they put a default on my name on the ITC, i only received a statement of account on the 24 Oct 12 .
2.the lady in Menyn Angela i asked her to remove my name on ITC she told me that fnb doesnt do that i must get a credit report from TRANSUNION website
3.my status on credit bereau has'nt changed even today after i have challenged fnb
what i want from fnb is for them to clear my name on credit bereau as soon as possible as i cant a find a job with the default on my name.
2.i want them to produce proof that they informed me about the default before they put it on ITC
3.I WANT THIS MATTER TO BE RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY
After all of this i dont think i will advice anyone to use
