Good Day,
I had a Silver Cheque account with you for a long time. I used the account and then i stopped using it for 5 months, i was aware that my bank costs was piling up monthly but i never knew there is such a thing as a default.

FNB sent a registered letter to Suiderpoort Flat 13 and i was not staying at that adress anymore so i never received the notice to pay R564.00. I usterstand that i should have changed my adress with the bank but i was young and did not know that i can be defaulted at that time.

I was defaulted Septermber 2011. In Feb 2012, i applied for an MTN Contract and got declined. As per Transunion credit report i have a thing called a default from FNB, staying on my credit bereau till September 2013 (This Year)

I never got defaulted for me not paying something - it was a mistake and i understand how it works now. I actually now have opened a new FNB Cheque account 2 months ago and ill never change to any other bank.
All i am requesting is that, since i paid my R564 in full on the 8th of Feb 2012, and i received a paid up letter from Beulah Kruger. Cant you please remove my default from ITC??
